DynaLite goes out of business after 50 years

DynaLite Inc., one of the long-time makers of photographic lighting equipment, has posted on its website it has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy (liquidation), after 50 years in business. The company’s president, Peter Poremba, cited the “current decline” of the photography market as the cause.
